What is a Table Host?

Fill a Table: A Table Host is a person/couple who commits to filling a table of 8 at the 2010 Banquet. A Table Host prayerfully considers who God would have them invite to fill those spaces, understanding that this is primarily a fundraising event as well as an opportunity to introduce their pastor, friends, neighbors and family to the Life Inspiring work of the Tri-Cities Pregnancy Network. They are committed to inviting those people who they think will have a heart for the ministry and are able to support the on-going mission of TCPN through financial contributions, volunteering and/or prayer.

Attend the Prayer Dessert: A Table Host will attend the Table Host Prayer Dessert on March 18th at Columbia Four Square Church. The Table Host Prayer Dessert is a very special evening just for our Table Hosts to gather together, pray and to be equipped with all the resources you will need to fill your table at the Banquet. You will get the first peak at this year's theme and you will get the inside track on what is coming up at Banquet. If you are unable to attend the Prayer Dessert, please make arrangements with Jeanette to get your Table Host materials as soon as possible.

Attend the Table Host Reception: As a Table Host, you will be honored the night of the Banquet with a Pre-Banquet Reception. You will not want to miss out on this. Plan to arrive at 5:30pm for appetizers and fellowship. You will have the opportunity to meet our keynote speaker, Beth Chase, the Board and Staff of TCPN and other Table Hosts. The role of Table Host is key to our whole event. This reception is our Thank You for introducing us to your circle of friends.

Make Your Guests Welcome: Table Hosts will be seated at 6:15pm and given instructions for the evening. Please make every effort to be on time. Doors will open at 6:30pm for guests to be seated. As a Table Host, your role the night of the event is to make your guests feel welcome. Your guests will be brought to your table by ushers so you can greet them right at your table.
